Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Terms: Products are shipped FOB Kaohsiung Port, Taiwan. The Company is responsible for export shipment to the buyer’s designated port. The buyer shall handle customs clearance and inland delivery at the destination.
Shipping Schedule: Shipments are typically arranged within 7–14 business days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 30–60 business days, depending on destination, shipping route, and customs processing.
Customs Clearance and Unloading: The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the goods comply with local import regulations. If crane unloading or special handling is required after arrival, the buyer must arrange it independently with a local logistics provider.
Delay Disclaimer: The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by customs procedures, force majeure, or third-party logistics providers.
