This Platform is the official online sales site of Tsung Hsing Food Machinery Co., Ltd, offering single-unit sales of food processing machinery and related industrial equipment.
Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. By completing your order and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. Contract Formation
(1.1) Offer and Acceptance: All product information listed on this Platform constitutes an invitation to offer. Your order represents a purchase offer. A contract is formed when the Company confirms your order via email or system notification.
(1.2) Order Cancellation and Modification: Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours after submission. Please contact customer service through “Order Q&A” or via email at [email protected].
(1.3) Pricing Errors: In case of typographical or system pricing errors, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order in accordance with Article 88 of the Civil Code of Taiwan and will provide a full refund.
2. Returns, Exchanges, and Defective Product Handling
(2.1) Return Policy: All products are professional-grade industrial equipment. No returns are accepted for personal reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size/specifications.
Once assembled or powered on, the product is considered used and is ineligible for return or exchange.
(2.2) Defective Product Handling: Please record a video of the unboxing process. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or with incorrect specifications, please contact customer service within 14 days of receipt, providing clear photos or videos.
Upon confirmation, the Company will arrange replacement parts or an appropriate corrective action.
(2.3) Shipping Costs for Defective Items: If defects or damage are verified as non-human in origin, the Company will bear all round-trip shipping costs. For damages caused by human error, the buyer shall bear all related expenses.
(2.4) Incorrect Specification Shipment: If the product specification differs from the order, the Company will replace it free of charge and cover all associated shipping costs.
3. Installation and Use
(3.1) Product Compatibility: Please confirm that the product’s dimensions, voltage, power, and functions comply with your country’s regulations and usage environment.
(3.2) Certification Notice: This product is not UL-certified for the United States. Buyers requiring compliance with specific regional certifications must evaluate this before placing an order.
(3.3) Installation Guidelines: Some products are self-assembly types. Please follow the operation manual carefully during installation. If technical support is required, contact our customer service team.
(3.4) Professional Installation: It is strongly recommended that installation and wiring be carried out by qualified technicians to ensure safety and optimal machine performance.
4. After-Sales Service and Maintenance
(4.1) Repair Process: For maintenance or repairs, please contact customer service before returning the product to the designated repair center in Taiwan.
(4.2) Limitation of Liability: The Company is responsible for product defects under Article 354 of the Taiwan Civil Code and relevant international commercial laws.
Indirect, consequential, or business-related losses are not covered by compensation.
(4.3) Technical Support: Buyers may contact customer service for assistance regarding part replacements, operational advice, and maintenance guidelines.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All product designs, images, technical materials, and software are the intellectual property of Tsung Hsing Food Machinery Co., Ltd.
Buyers are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or reselling the equipment without authorization.
6. Export Restrictions

7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, epidemics, transportation interruptions, or governmental restrictions.
The Company will, however, make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the situation.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall first attempt amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Kaohsiung District Court of Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail. Translations in other languages are provided for reference only.

Bonus Point Reward Program
To express our gratitude for the long-term support and trust of our customers, Tsung Hsing Food Machinery Co., Ltd. has launched the Bonus Point Reward Program.
Customers who complete order payment through our official website will accumulate bonus points automatically.
Each point equals NT$1, which can be used as a discount on the next equipment purchase—helping enterprises reduce procurement costs and increase purchasing flexibility.
Bonus Point Accumulation Rules
(1) Eligibility: For every completed order with a minimum value of NT$1, bonus points will be awarded.
(2) Standard Accumulation Rate: For every NT$20 spent, customers will receive 1 point, equivalent to approximately 5% cashback value.
Redemption Rules
(1) Each bonus point equals NT$1 in discount value.
(2) For orders over NT$100,000, bonus points may be redeemed for up to 10% of the total order amount.
Limited-Time Offer｜Early Bird Exclusive
(1) From August 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, earn 1 point for every NT$10 spent, equivalent to 10% cashback value.
(2) Starting January 1, 2026, the standard rate will resume: 1 point for every NT$20 spent, equivalent to 5% cashback value.
Validity Period and Usage Restrictions
Bonus points become active once the order status is updated to “Completed” and are displayed in the member center as available balance.
Points can be used to offset future equipment purchase orders placed either online or offline.
Each point equals NT$1 and has no expiration date — points remain valid for the lifetime of the account.
Bonus points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be applied to shipping, spare parts, maintenance, or after-sales service quotations.
In the event of a product return, exchange, or change in order value, the corresponding points and accumulated spending will be adjusted accordingly, and any redeemed value may need to be refunded.
For offline purchases, customers must inform the sales representative before receiving an official quotation and ensure the bonus point deduction amount is clearly stated in the quotation.
Requests for bonus point deductions after the quotation has been formally issued will not be accepted, and the original quotation price shall apply.
Tsung Hsing Food Machinery Co., Ltd. reserves the right to interpret, amend, and update these terms, with any revisions taking effect upon publication on the Platform.
